DEADLINE

• Registration and completed entries must be received by the DEADLINE -  Friday, April 10th, 2025 at 11:59 pm. 
• Late entries will not be accepted, no exceptions

ONLINE SUBMITTAL PROCESS

• All nominations for the 2025-2026 ASA Awards Gala must be submitted through this electronic portal, CPJAM.com.
• Please note, award winners will not be determined by volume of submissions. All nominations are reviewed by our judging committee.

PROJECT AWARDS

• Each project nomination must have a minimum of 3 and maximum of 10 photographs submitted via this platform.
• ALL IMAGES and DOCUMENTS MUST BE LOADED AS JPG or PNG FILES
• **By submitting your application, you are granting ASA of Arizona permission to use any copyrighted photographs included in the application for promotional purposes in ASA of AZ publications, both digital and printed.
