This award will go to a strong Subcontractor Project Manager who conducts business in a fair & ethical manner in the best interest of all parties involved. Throughout the year, they have proven superior in communicating effectively and managing/coordinating tradespeople. Winners are those who excel within their scope of work, and who go out of their way to ensure their projects are a success.

This award will go to a strong General Contractor Superintendent who deserves acclaim for effective planning and coordination of all trades on their jobsite. Strong nominees are those who conduct business in a fair & ethical manner in the best interest of all parties involved. As an organizer they are cooperative, collaborative, and involve subcontractors in project decision-making to the mutual benefit of all project stakeholders.
